- Owner & Sales Administration-
Cheyanne is the creative and organizational force behind Vera Homes, where she oversees sales, design, and administration with equal parts precision and passion. With a background in business and personal finance, she brings a sharp eye for strategy and
detail to every project—perfectly complementing her co-owner and husband, Nathan.
Cheyanne’s design style blends clean, timeless finishes with playful touches—like her signature love of pink tile. She believes in more than just building houses; she’s all about crafting spaces that feel like home.
When she's not managing the many moving pieces of Vera Homes, Cheyanne is a proud dog mom to Daisy and Rosie, and excitedly preparing for the arrival of a little human.
Her downtime is spent traveling, gardening, or soaking up peaceful moments at
the lake.
Nathan
– Owner & Construction Manager –
With over a decade of residential construction experience, Nathan is the hands-on expert who brings your dream home to life. As co-owner of Vera Homes, he manages every step of the construction process—from selecting skilled trade partners to making sure your home is move-in ready on time and on budget.
Before founding Vera Homes, Nathan spent three years as a construction manager for a luxury home builder, where he honed his expertise in building high-quality homes with precision and care. His practical knowledge and leadership in the field make him the perfect counterpart to Cheyanne’s eye for design.
Nathan is a proud dog dad to Daisy and Rosie and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his first child. When he’s not on the job site, you’ll likely find him working on one of Cheyanne’s latest home projects, floating on a lake, or chasing the Oilers around the continent.
Jae
– Client Relationship Manager –
Jaelyn has always had a deep-rooted passion for travel and human connection. From a young age, she explored Europe—visiting France, Spain, Holland, Belgium, and England. At just 17, she embarked on a life-changing journey to Egypt, igniting a lifelong love for adventure and new experiences.
Her professional background is rooted in hospitality, where she thrived as both a server and bartender. Whether on the job or off the clock, Jaelyn shines in social
settings—often found enjoying great company and a craft beer on a sunny patio.
Between 2014 and 2017, she studied psychology and sociology at MacEwan University, driven by a deep curiosity about people and the ways they connect. Following her studies, Jaelyn made a bold move to Vancouver, where she embraced five unforgettable years of coastal living, complete with mountains, beach weekends, and west coast charm.
In early 2023, her Vancouver chapter came to an end, and she returned to Alberta, putting down roots in Downtown Edmonton. These days, she enjoys urban life with her beloved rescue dog, Indie. You’ll often find them exploring the outdoors, cheering on the Edmonton Oilers, or relaxing on a patio in the sun.
Now, Jaelyn brings her people-first mindset and passion for meaningful connections to Vera Homes as a Client Relationship Manager. She’s excited to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients on their journey toward finding their dream home.
